whakataka te hau

Whakataka te hau ki te uru.                                  te whakataka te hau.
Whakataka te hau ki te tonga
Kia mākinakina ki uta                                          http://seeds.libsyn.com/justice-joe-williams?
Kia mātaratara ki tai
E hī ake ana te atakura
He tio, he huka, he hau hū
Tīhei mauri ora!

Cease the winds from the west
Cease the winds from the south                              Let the breeze blow over the land
Let the breeze blow over the ocean                    Let the red-tipped dawn come with a sharpened air a
touch of the promise of a glorious day.

my artwork is a waka on the ocean next to a tropical beach this came to my mind because he talked about sailing threw oceans and over the land the first thing that came to my mind was this picture. He mentioned kina a lot so I have some of that.
